Based on the friendly consultation of parties A and B, both parties have entered into the Contract as follows:
第一條： 包車業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容
ARTICLE 1 Contents of the Lease Car Business:
乙方在合同期限內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)向甲方提供帶司機(jī)的用車服務(wù)（包車）
乙方向甲方提供如下服務(wù)：
Party B shall be responsible to provide Party A with lease A with lease car with driver service within the term of the Contract. The service provided by Party B to Party A is as follows:

第二條：乙方承諾達(dá)到的甲方特殊要求
Article 2 Party A’s Special Requirements Promised by
Party B to Reach:
2. 不涉及甲方的商業(yè)秘密以及私人隱私。暨：為甲方保密。
Not concerning Party A’s business secret and individual privacy, i.e. keep secret for Party A;
5. 司機(jī)在開車時(shí)不吸煙、不接打電話。
Upon driving car, driver shall not be smoking, making or receiving a call.
6. 對(duì)于中外方人員一律友好接待。
Friendly receiving both foreign and Chinese personnel.
第三條：乙方承諾達(dá)到的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)：
Article 3 Service Level Promised by Party B to Reach:
1. 安全、準(zhǔn)時(shí)。
Being safe and timely;
2. 司機(jī)禮貌熱情
Driver is courtesy and ardor;
3. 車容干凈整潔
The van id clean and neat;
4. 盡量滿足甲方的各種用車需求。
Meeting various needs in using car as far as possible.
第四條：費(fèi)用的支持：
Article 4 Payment:
1.每月費(fèi)用：
費(fèi)用包括：保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用、汽車租賃費(fèi)用（不含超公里費(fèi)；每月限制 000公里）；司機(jī)工資（不含加班費(fèi)）；汽車保養(yǎng)維修費(fèi)用。
Expenses include: Insurance, Lease car charge (it does not include the charge over the monthly limit. which is ,000 kilometers per month), driver’s pay, car maintenance and repairing expenses.
2.甲方每月 日向乙方支付當(dāng)月的費(fèi)用（正常車費(fèi)加上月超公里費(fèi)和司機(jī)加班費(fèi)）。
Party A shall pay the current monthly lease car charge on ___ of the same month.
3．超公里費(fèi)用：每超過一公里加人民幣 元。每天行駛里程以司機(jī)到達(dá)甲方指定地點(diǎn)開始計(jì)算；直至甲方結(jié)束用車為止；期間司機(jī)空駛到達(dá)甲方其他指定地點(diǎn)之里程亦算作甲方使用里程。
Over mileage limit: RMB/1Kilometer. The driver will start mileage count when he arrives Beijing Riviera, and stop mileage count until the last use .During working hours, the mileage taken on driving to the designates place that party S requires will be counted.
4.所有過路過橋費(fèi)由甲方支付（包括司機(jī)往返路程）。
Party A will pay for all the tolls that include driver’s round trip.
5.甲方需在簽訂本合同時(shí)向乙方支付__________人民幣的押金，作為甲方履行本合同的擔(dān)保。
Upon signature of Contract, Party A shall pay RMB ______to serve as a guarantee of to perform the contract.
第五條：甲方給司機(jī)的待遇：
Article 5 Treatment Given the Driver by party A:
2. 超時(shí)費(fèi)用： 元/小時(shí)；司機(jī)每天工作 小時(shí)，基本每天早上 ：00開始計(jì)算；至傍晚 ：00為止。其余工作時(shí)間按照加班計(jì)算。
Overtime RMB/Hour. Driver will work from :00 AM to :00 PM everyday. Other time will be charged as overtime.
第六條：乙方向甲方提供的優(yōu)惠措施：
ARTICLE 6 Preferential Measures Provided Party A by Party B:
2. 再次包用我公司的其他車輛，可以大幅度優(yōu)惠。
Available to give preferential treatment in a big margin when once again leasing our Corp’s other car.
第七條：服務(wù)質(zhì)量保證及投訴處理
Article 7 Warranty of service Quality and Treatment of Complaint:
3. 乙方保證車輛狀態(tài)良好，車內(nèi)各項(xiàng)設(shè)施功能正常。主要指：空調(diào)、電動(dòng)車窗、車門、座椅、音箱等。
Party B shall ensure the van in good conditions and the normal function of various facilities inside the car, referring mainly to air conditioner, electric windows, car doors, seats, audio supplies etc.
9. 服務(wù)投訴：甲方在使用中如對(duì)乙方服務(wù)有任何不乘心之事，均可以向乙方提出，乙方會(huì)在3天內(nèi)予以解決。
Complaint: Party A has the right to complain regarding the service that Party B provides. Party B will party B will promise to change the driver in 3 days if party A is not satisfied.
第八條：合同變更及違約
Article 8 Change in Contract and Breach of the Agreement:
3 本合同如有任何變動(dòng)，以雙方最終書面確認(rèn)的結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)。
Every change regarding this lease this lease agreement will be based on written form, which is agreed by each party.
5 甲方如縮短包用期限，必須向乙方支付相當(dāng)于2個(gè)月包車費(fèi)用的違約金。
Should Party A’ shorten the term of lease of car, it shall pay fine for breach of contract equal to two (2) month’s lease car charge to Party B.
14 如雙方遇特殊情況或不可抗拒之因素不能繼續(xù)提供服務(wù)時(shí)，會(huì)提前一個(gè)月通知甲方；并退還甲方全部押金同時(shí)減少部分費(fèi)用作為對(duì)甲方的補(bǔ)償。如果乙方提供的車輛需要年檢、維修保養(yǎng)或者出現(xiàn)司機(jī)方面的原因而導(dǎo)致不能為甲方提供服務(wù)時(shí)；乙方會(huì)及時(shí)提供其他車輛予以補(bǔ)償。
In case such factors, as some particular difficulties and force major make impossible for Party B to continually provide service to Part A, which should be noticed prior to one month, Party B will return whole deposit to Party A and pay the amount of compensation. The van, under such circumstances as annul inspection and maintenance, will be substituted by other vans with in good conditions.
第九條：其他
Article 9 Others:
6 本合同一式兩份；自雙方蓋章簽字后生效。甲乙雙方各持一份，同樣具有效力。中英文對(duì)照如有出入，以英文為準(zhǔn)。雙方就本合同發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議時(shí)，應(yīng)盡量通過友好協(xié)商的態(tài)度予以解決。
The Contract is made in two copies, All of them shall come into force after signatures by both Parties, with each Party holding one copy respectively. If there is any difference between Chinese and English version, English original shall prevail.
